A MAN ON A MISSION FROM GOD
Ion (John) Vlad is a voice crying in the wilderness of Romania for the lost to come to salvation through Jesus Christ! He cries by building relationships throughout the small communities that he serves. He cries by working alongside his neighbors for no compensation, simply a chance to talk to them about Jesus. He cries by supplying firewood to those in his communities who cannot afford it during the cold winters. He cries by delivering food to the aged, the handicapped, and those without funds to feed their families. He cries by preaching every Sunday in the local church our Lord called him to plant, bringing those who profess Jesus to a new life in our Lord.

His cry is yielding wonderful fruits in these small villages. People have seen his life as one that serves the risen Savior. Our Lord has blessed John with conversions and repentance, increasing the body of the local church. Our Lord continues to bring the lost and broken to John so they can hear His Gospel message.
John Vlad’s life reminds one of John the Baptist, “A voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him’” (Mark 1:3). It is not an easy life. There are hardships, disappointments, failures, and darkness. John cannot do this without your support. He needs your prayers, provision, and partnership. Ask our Lord if you are to learn more about John. He is ready to meet you!

We stand in the places where the Lord has put us on guard, we look with joy at the works we have done together for the glorification of God, the salvation of people and the building of God's kingdom.
My dear brothers and dear Church, this year began with great challenges both personally and in the work of our Lord. Personally I have had several health issues that needed to be addressed. We are currently undergoing tests and pray our Lord will heal me from these issues. In the ministry we asked the Lord to help us start the construction in Lisa where there is a great need for a place where we can have Christian activities.
I have started meeting with small groups of people in the villages of Perieti, Lisa and Schitu. As the numbers grow, we are seeing the need for a meeting place in the village of Lisa. This would be a place of worship, as well as a place for fellowship, prayer meetings and other Gospel Centered activities.
Reasons for prayer
May the Lord give us financial resources for the construction of Lisa
May the Lord give me the health he knows is needed in my body
May the Lord work on the hearts of the people who will be exposed to the word this year.
May the Lord take care of us again this year as a family
May the Lord be with our children in the places where they are at school at work.
We are in a time when the bad is good and the good is bad, as the scriptures also say, well-spoken people go, but we have to work while it is day.
Our dear brothers who share with us in the proclamation of the gospel, thank you for your efforts. We praise God that He has brought you to partner with us. Without your provision, prayer, and partnership, our Kingdom Work would be impossible. Thanks to you, people are being fed in many ways. With your assistance, we provide food, clothing, shelter, transportation to those in desperate need, and the Gospel to everyone we touch in the Name of Jesus. This year, thanks to the good God who gave us passage before the local authorities, we will have several evangelistic events. Pray that there will be as many people as possible who will participate in those events. The events are the best ways at this time that we can reach people with the Gospel.

Pray for the people to be examined by the Word of God
Pray for the authorities of the communities where we have events so that they may continue to be open to our Lord’s Will.
Pray for the local church of Perieti to grow spiritually and numerically amen, amen.
Pray for financial resources for the construction of a church in Lisa which we pray will begin this year.
Pray also for us as a family that the Lord may strengthen and bless us in the work to which he has called us as a family.
